Order shortage

Ordered back in November and only got half my order. I have sent 3 emails and left numerous voice messages with no resolution. Very bad way to do business. I have even tried reaching out on FB to no avail. I would like to use them, but the way they treat their customers im not for sure if i will ever order from them again. I really try to support black business. I would just say be aware if you order from them. Product is good, but customer service in very poor!

Dhealthstore - took forever to rcv products

I had placed my order November 2015, and received them in late February. I do understand that he had a huge sale for Black Friday that lasted for over a week I believe, and I was totally aware that it would take longer than usual. But 3 months with nothing is just ridiculous. I DM'd djheuty on twitter for a refund, and he told me to email somebody for it, including my order#. I sent an email about 3x, with no response. After a week of waiting, i messaged djheuty again (I wasn't too nice at this point) and because of that I got my mail within a week LOL. After I recieved it I made sure to let him know, and thanked him for speeding up the shipping. But let's be real, had I not sent that DM to him I'm pretty sure I would still be waiting for my products. I wasnt too pleased that my products weren't in the best condition, one of my oils was starting to leak. And another jar wasnt closed properly. but other than that, i received everything else fine. This isn't the first time I'm ordering form Dhealthstore, i wouldn't go as far to call them a scam. I'm sure something happened during the transitioning of becoming Dherbs and he hasn't been able to get himself on his feet just yet. However, that is no excuse for the horrible customer service.

they don't fill there capsules all the way with the herbal powders. thats scamming people.

he sells a dollar store version of herbs with high shipping costs that isn't 2 day shipping that customers pay for. if you pay usps for 2 day shipping, your item is there in two days.

if their is a delay with your shipment, the computers are updated with the info and you will get an estimated arrivial. what goes around comes around, and he's getting himself in deep water.

Order Still Processing/Never Received

Taking a little longer to get products ordered this time around. I have never had a problem in the past with getting my orders shipped out within 5 days from the date of the order. I ordered my Full Body Detox (for the 5th time) on Feb 28, 2016 and it is still in the processing status. I have called and tried to check the order of my status every day since March 3rd and I never get an answer. I have sent numerous emails without a response. I would love to know what is going on...filed a dispute with my bank to get my money refunded.

DHealthStore is a Fraulent company

I placed an order for the Full Body Detox online over a month ago and I still dont have my product. I never received a order# for weeks.

Currently today Dhealthstore website no longer exist and the phone number no longer receives calls (I guess with all the complaints piling up online, they probably realize that the gig is up).

What fraudulent DHealthStore has tried to do now is tied there fraudulent business to that of a reputable business Dherbs.

It was the Dherbs rep that inform me that Dhealthstore is indeed a fraudlent company. The rep said that many pissed off victims of dhelathstore tactic have called dherbs thinking that they are assiocated with dhealth.

If you are a victim of dhealthstroe call your financial institution and file a fraud report to get your money back.

I too placed an order on 2/5/2016 and from now i have not received my order and the phone number is detouring me to voice recording. I have not gotten a response from the email i sent regarding my order. For shame. I have read, reviewed and heard so many wonderful stories about the products and for them to be unprofessional is beyond. I hope they are reading what's going on and quickly rectify this problem. If they are not going to send my product then refund my money. I paid $15. 2 day shipping. It is now almost 3wks. Again for shame on DJEHUTY MA AT-RA

The 2-day shipping applies after the product leaves our facility.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered several items from them on December 8 2015, and as of February 1, 2016 I still haven't received all of my items, however when I log into my account on their website it says that my order is complete. I use to promote their herbs because of the great prices & services, now I believe that the business has out grown the owners ability to maintain a happy customer base. They never answer their customer service phone number and they take several weeks to answer their emails. After being a dedicated customer for over 5 years now back when the owner was with Dherbs.com & then transitioned over to Dhealthstore.com, I must say that I'll never order any more products from them again. It's unfortunate that it has come to this because of very poor customer service.

Same issue. Paid for the full body detox and also paid extra for 2day shipping and it's been a month. I purchased because of the reputation of Djehuty Ma’at-Ra as being an honest righteous person. I guess when money is concerned that honesty goes out the window. I do not know how this company stays in business. I will be doing a charge back with my bank. No wonder Dherbs is out marketing them. Even though their products cost more I hear their customer support is on point. Shame on you DHealthstore, you claim and want to be better than DHerbs, then act like it! Bunch of thieves.

So many so-called pissed consumers claim "never again" and come right back to us to order like everything is honky dory. Just like the woman in Hong Kong, China here (on Pissed Consumer) who wrote a comment and filed an additional claim claiming she didn't get her order and the order was held in China's Custom's Dept.

(but that was our fault). Not even 2 months later she attempts to order 4 Full Body Detoxes at $22.00 each but couldn't because we banned her from ordering. She contacts us and attempts to apologize but it was too late. She should have contacted us FIRST instead of running off to the races.

We don't want vengeful and spiteful customers.

We are very sorry that Mr. Dolphin feels he was robbed by Djehuty when he owned Dherbs (2003-****).

In the business world, the Creator ALWAYS makes more than the manager. It's really no secret how Dhealthstore stays in business. It's a simple formula! Quality products, low prices, information (written by a real herbalist), and bumping elbows with the people via social media and giving live lectures (something Djehuty Ma'at-Ra does consistently -- visit Dhealthstore.com on Twitter today to find out for yourself).

And since you mention charge-back (your attempt to direct others to do the same, you're so obvious AD, lol), common sense would dictate that ANY customer who purchases and does not receive their order can file a chargeback. That simple! And if granted a charge-back (refund) by their credit card company or bank, is that stealing or robbing? How can you be robbed when you get all of your money back?

Kool Moe Dee was right when he said "Knowledge is King!" It is! Dherbs out-marketing Dhealthstore? How could there be OUT-marketing if Dhealthstore doesn't market at all? You can't lose a race you're not even in.

You see, that's it. Dherbs HAS to market. It has no pull with the people. Dherbs wants celebrities or pseudo high profile people to lend it some credibility to get the people (potential customers).

lol. If Dherbs would simply follow Dhealthstore's lead, it wouldn't have to go bankrupt marketing on the radio creating such huge monthly debt that Dherbs can't get out of pursuant to contract. It's funny that you claim Dherbs is out-marketing a company that doesn't even market when so many customers are revealing to us that they are getting 2-3 phone calls a day from Dherbs trying to get them to buy their cleanse, even alleging that their cleanse is made by Djehuty. That's pretty sad to have to call people to make a sale while you're marketing on the radio simultaneously.

A lot of energy just to make a sale. Pitiful and sad to say the least. It's very suspect that a pissed consumer would mention marketing (blown cover, AD, you're too predictable). Dhealthstore a bunch of thieves when our Full Body Detox has been selling for $30 and Dherbs Full Body Cleanse selling for $120?

Dherbs will always have faster shipping and allegedly better customer support because Dherbs hardly makes any sales due to high prices and an ill-informed C.S. staff consisting of former hair-dressers who know absolutely nothing about natural and/or alternative health.

I finally got my order. Had to *** everywhere just to get their attention.

They gave me an excuse that the order was already sent and to check with the post office and I called Bull *** on that.

It was just a stall tactic because they stated that the order was sent on such and such date and at a later date I get that my purchased was backed ordered so their message to me contradicted themselves.

But I finally got my order. I guess the squeaky wheel get's the grease.

But never again.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Never Received Product, No Customer Service

Made a purchase form this company almost two weeks ago from their website, and the website shows the order is still processing. No customer service is available nor has any action been taken on the behalf of the company to resolve matter. I'm going to continue to pursue them for my refund. I've recently learned that the store is currently closed, however, they're still taking orders. It's a shame because I thought I finally found a business that wasn't out to scam people, guess I was wrong. BUYER BEWARE!!!

when i ordered products from him in the past, i would receive them within a week or a month (xmas season). i would pay 2 day shipping.

i noticed when i select the option from amazon.com for two day shipping, my item comes within two days! if my item is delayed, it says so when i track my item.

That's unfort, I recently had the same issue as well. As an alternative, check out DHerbs, I ordered from them prior to ordering from DHealthstore.

I have not received my products and it's been over 2 months now. I received 1 product out 4 ordered and spent over $100. I have sent emails made phone calls but the phone has been put down and have not had one answer to my emails. This is totally unacceptable and would not be ordering with Dhealthstore ever again as this is like daylight robbery. Every time I call customer service they never pick up and the phone gets cut off and I haven't even received any notification or correspondence to tell me where my products are. Disgusting service.

I would like my money or products and its come to the point where something needs to be done I'm upset to be treated like this by D Health Store. Is taking people's money and not sending them the products is this what DHealth Store does?

I stopped purchasing from them after I did the capsule test. My order was suppose to be 2 day shipping, but it came five days later and my second order came a month later .His capules aren't filled all the way.

The people who do/did consume from that business was really getting what they paid for. I go to other herbal companies including dherbs (which he doesn't own) to get the products I like and use.

I've been done with this business for a couple of years after he cussed out a lady who was concerned about her order which she paid $200.00 for. He called her all kinds of black *** on social media.

I placed several orders with DHealthStore in the past. This recent order I placed was LAST YEAR! Over 5 months ago. I never received my order, and none of the customer service ever responded to my phone calls, voice messages or emails. The money was taken off my credit card and my order was NEVER sent to me. Also, I received another order where one of my herbal bottles were opened, the plastic label for protection was not on there, and there were only 9 out of 100 herbal supplements in the bottle on top of the bottle being dirty. You try to put your money into a black owned and operated business and it's always mediocrity and terrible customer service. I will never be ordering from them again and I would not advise anyone else to order from "DhealthStore" either.

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCTS

I have been a customer for a few years and have never had any issues. I placed an order Dec 30 2015 and 2 months later NOTHING. I have emailed and called the company and was told "I'm sorry you have the wrong company, some guy was scamming everyone, sorry about your lost??? hun? I knew D'Hejuty was making a transition from dhealthstore to dherbs but to act like he had NO affiliation with his prior company is very unprofessional ... NEVER will I order from them again. Sticking with Dr. Sebi.

It's sad that a lot of upset, vengeful, and ungrateful people attempt to harm the only health supplement provider that is truly looking out for people evident in their everyday low prices and constant sales. I find it hard that a company with around the clock email support (orders@***.com) and a toll free line (888-268-****) and a host of rave reviews on Twitter (Dhealthstore.com) would: #1 not ship a paid for order, #2 ignore a customer.

I think there is a campaign against this company. People taking prior complaints here from years ago and now running with it in a smear campaign; but we know it's not working because Dhealthstore.com is running sales every other week.

188*-***-**** and see if they ever answer the phone, then leave a message to call you back and see if they will.

And send an email to oxefwfjnrders@***.com and see if they respond.

I have tried all three with NO LUCK!!!!!
