I became very ill in 2009. My blood pressure sky rocketed to 170/102, dizzy, nausea, brain fog the whole nine yards.

It took the doctors from 2009 to 2012 to tell me I had Hepatitis C. My viral load was 19 million. They wanted me to do their treatment of interferon and I refused. I searched the internet to find something that would help me at least not be as sick as i was.

I found dhealthstore.com "Dehuty" yes his customer service sucks. But I did his full body detox, liver cleanse and many of his cleanses for a year an half. I felt like a million bucks. He is NOT a fraud, his products WORK!

I dropped my viral load 3 million (and thats unheard of) I dropped my viral load just on his products.

I am not affiliated with him at all I was a sick person that seeked some kind of help and found it in his products they work. Like i said his service sucks but his products are amazing.

I made an order of $283 and my account was charged twice that amount! I have emailed, messaged, SMS, and have called a listed phone of DMHerbs at (323) 354-6478 with no contact or reply!!

Also, I have not gotten an order response stating when my products should/would be shipped and/or delivered as well! It's been 2 weeks and I don't have the products that I was overcharged for as well! I have even looked for a physical address to mail them but haven't found one! Please help me resolve this issue and send me my products that I ordered on June 25, 2016 as soon as possible.

Sometimes he has been late but he has personally contacted me etc & my friend. He was transitioning away from dherbs to dherbs healthstore & now transitioning again.

He has facebook pages too if you are on fb....been using his products over 5 years and friends as well. We are all happy with his products.

For the most part the customer service is really bad. I had several bad experiences with them.

And none of my complaints were resolved. Calling the company for a resolution will not work either. When they do answer the phone the girls are so overwhelmed and they just can't provide help. I have always received my orders that I placed.

They haven't arrived at the same time but they do arrive. Although some of the herbs were not as good.

It seems as if they didn't work for me after purchasing the same items over and over within years. I use to enjoy the products.

It really makes sense for people to type here under so-called 'anonymous' because they can lie at will and there's no accountability. According to his website, the herbalist is still in Glendale, CA and there's even a toll free phone number which means people can call directly.

If you want to attempt sabotage at this man with the BBB it will help to have your invoice and a banking statement to show proof of purchase and that the purchase was never fulfilled but money not returned. But um, this won't be the case because pissed consumer is a site for pissed people, whether a customer or not, can come and dump on legitimate businesses simply because they're pissed and God knows there's a lot of pissed people at Djehuty who I understand was paying people very high salaries that they'll never ever again get due to no or limited skill set, poor work history, and lack of education.

Ordered back in November and only got half my order. I have sent 3 emails and left numerous voice messages with no resolution.

Very bad way to do business. I have even tried reaching out on FB to no avail. I would like to use them, but the way they treat their customers im not for sure if i will ever order from them again. I really try to support black business.

I would just say be aware if you order from them. Product is good, but customer service in very poor!

But this customer service is so bad that I have to say something. I spent nearly $200 on products and have not received anything. Now, I don't know about you but $200 dollars to me is a big deal, but that's not the problem. After reaching out to a seemingly non-existent customer service I get an auto generated ticket that says someone will respond with 24 hours.

okay, cool. A week later - nothing. cool, must be busy. I mean....

I only placed my order in December of last year right? and here it is February! So I decide to call the support number and it is out of service. Djehuty, yo!

I love you my brother. You've changed my life with your words of wisdom. But what I don't love is this cavalier, lackadaisical service. At this point I have no clue what's the status.

Super disappointed. I'll go the Paypal route and try to get my money back and go to dherbs (ugh) lol or dr.morse, who seems like the real deal.

It just sucks this used to be my one stop shop for stuff but now i have to look elsewhere. I would advise all those that are looking at ordering from here in the year 2016 to look elsewhere.

I ordered several items from them on December 8 2015, and as of February 1, 2016 I still haven't received all of my items, however when I log into my account on their website it says that my order is complete. I use to promote their herbs because of the great prices & services, now I believe that the business has out grown the owners ability to maintain a happy customer base.

They never answer their customer service phone number and they take several weeks to answer their emails.

After being a dedicated customer for over 5 years now back when the owner was with Dherbs.com & then transitioned over to Dhealthstore.com, I must say that I'll never order any more products from them again.

It's unfortunate that it has come to this because of very poor customer service.

Poor customer service called when I was charged 8 days after I received item and gentlemen said he would take care of it gave me a cancel code etc. called a few days later to see when my money would be refunded and was told it wouldn't because it was 15 days from order (14 day trail) I assumed trail was so I could try item for 14 days only had it 8 when cancelled.

So out $100. Ridiculous

Dhealthstore has the worse customer service.

I ordered three items of which only 2 came and the other was on backorder. This order was for July 2015 and it is now 1/16/2016. I only emailed them 4 times to figure out what happened to the last item being shipped.

They did not bother to call or email me regarding this order. I would like a refund. I understand when there is a sale things run out fast. but you should monitor who is still waiting for items before fulfilling new orders.

I have seen the item go back on the site and still no shipment confirming that my item was backordered.

They are a scam. The website is not maintained well and representatives do not followup on backordered items. At least give me refund what is the problem. they don't ever have to worry about me bothering them because I will not order from them. There are other better herbalist that can make sure you get your items in a timely fashion. instead of having to harass them for 6months for something you have paid for.

I want to support african american businesses. But they make it difficult for themselves to have loyal customers because they are always mistreating their own people.

They don't deserve to have a business until they know business skills and practices that are practical and provides for the consumer while the owner benefits. You can not benefit if your customers leave.

I purchased several products from this company totaling over a hundred dollars. When the order arrived there was only one bottle in the delivery.

I ordered 7 plus items. After playing email tag with this companies so called customer service, They finally say that "the items were in a separate shipment which we sent". However I have never received anything else from this company to date. When addressing this issue with the company all they can say is contact your post office because we sent the items out.

There was no email with a tracking number or any information regarding a separate order sent to me. I am currently disputing this with my bank and with Dhealthstore. There is no phone number to speak with a live service rep. This is the worst online purchase experience I have ever had!

I will never ever purchase anything from them again and will never recommend them to anyone. Sad how we are trying to change our health and lifestyle, while trying to support minority businesses and we are treated with such poor service.

This is how Dhs treats their customers. All I did was request a refund a rightfully deserved and this is how I was treated. Nowhere did I mention I was black. I don't know why this person who was Djehuty I believe... would mention anything about the black race or me being a "typical negress " when all I did was ask for a refund that I deserve. I won't order from here again this is not the type of energy I want to consume through my products. Clearly he has an issue with something that has nothing to do with me. Highly unprofessional and uncalled for.

Jabir is the ceo/owner of that company aka Djehuty Ma'at ra himself. That company is in shambles.

He hates black women and cusses them out very often He has some deep childhood problems he needs to deal with it seems. Just don't support him.

I noticed that the only time this person can get consumers is if he has a sale. Typical failing business.

I am from Ontario as well, and we pay alot on shipping charges for products. So to not receive what you ordered leaves you very disappointed.

I was ready to order the Full Body Detox. But after what I just read how the CSR handled the situation in such poor fashion, I will spend the extra money on the other website, sale or no sale.

Wow! I was ready to order a whole package from this company.

Seeing the way that the customer service rep talked to and tried to belittle this woman is shocking, tasteless, and beyond rude! This conversation alone will keep me from ever doing business with the DHealthStore.

I will spend the extra money and go to a different website where they have a little

class and show respect for their

customers. I'm so glad that I read this review first before doing any business with this company.

A friend of mine uses the alternative baby milk and I was researching to see if I was going to buy it. Honestly after reading the conversation with this so called customer service rep, I don't think I can support a company that conducts themselves in such a way.
